Helps so much!

I know I wasn't able to make it to our first cookoff but I have to say these premade meals already helped SO MUCH today! Kept me feeling full and something tasty on hand was great! I had the wraps today and they were so yummy. Normally I am not a fan of black beans, but I love this! Of course I had some of the brownies too and I was impressed! I know this diet thing is going to help because just this week I started watching my calories and lost some more weight. Yippie! A friend of mine told me that diet is about 70% of your weight loss / maintaining goals.

On a side note, Emily kept telling us about the fit2fat2fit website and I love checking that stuff out on there. Some pretty good tips. When looking for some recipes I stumbled onto this girl's site named Stephanie. The recipes look good and while she is a die hard fitness person (which I am not, yet anyways) I think she's got some good stuff on there. Ironically she has pictures with the guy from the fit2fat2fit website. Funny huh? Here's a link to her site...check it out:

  1. Holy Cow! What a buff guru that lady is! I don't think I want to look quite like that, but she certainly is an awesome resource for recipes and tips. We need more websites like this one. Good find, Heidi!
